The vehicle was developed by Fiat-Otobreda at the beginning of the 70s. The Fiat 6616 is a light reconaissance tank armoured with the 20 mm gun of the German Marder.
The vehicle was deployed with the Italian forces to former Yuguslavia. It was also in action with the armed forces of Somalia, Argentina, Peru and Venezuela.
The 1/87th scale kit is made of resin. Brass parts are included.

The vehicles was developed by Fiat-Otobreda at the beginning of the 70s. The Fiat 6614 is a typical APC and can carry 10 soldiers.
It was in use with the Italian forces (e.g. KFOR, SFOR), the Carabinieri and the armed forces of Somalia, Argentina, Peru and Venezuela.
